It's the mid 1970's and this backwater Southern town is rife with empty Budweiser pull tab cans, vandalism, and visibly stomped out Marijuana cigarette roaches (which is the gateway to black tar heroin), all thanks to a group of obnoxious jerkoffs that have been running around town all willy-nilly lately. I mean it's downright ridiculous. Along their travels, they pick up new members occasionally, and the sweet sweet Ms. Foster is the latest addition to this group of undesirables. Out for a day on the town, our gang of delinquents are tearing up the place as usual, when suddenly deputy Cletus and his band of officers swoop in and nab Ms. Foster for burning a fattie in the middle of the street like a totally oblivious idiot. Cuffed, and transported to the station, she is taken under the custody of Sheriff Dan. Sheriff Dan was expecting his deputy to show up wity Grady himself. He was planning on knocking him right the fuck out and then locking him up for the judge to bury him. Instead he gets this misguided chick who probably just needs the right motivation to set her life straight. So he does her a favor and whips her bare ass with his belt.
