Paul is restrained on the bunk bed and Kel flexes his muscles and cracks his fingers with a broad smile to the camera. Almost leaping onto Paul, Kel - who is the most ticklish guy I have ever seen - starts to tickle in a blur of fingers all over Paul's upper body. In seconds there is a flurry of fingers at Paul's pits and the lad is laughing and giggling infectiously. Kel is sat on him and there is no escape from the tickling fingers. Kel turns his attentions to Paul's feet, again planting himself firmly on the restrained lad's legs and pinning him down to quash any ideas of escape or struggling to avoid the tickling. Paul is howling with laughter and rolling his head side to side. Returning to victim pits Kel watches as Paul's efforts to escape lead to him breaking free of his bonds and needing to be retied. The relief is short lived as Kel goes for his belly button and really makes Paul laugh loudly. The return to Paul's pits for a little special attention is a precursor to a final huge upper body tickle that does not leave a millimetre of exposed flesh untouched by the tickling fingers. Relenting in the end Kel cuts Paul's bonds playfully and Paul responds with a quick grab at a tickle himself. Great fun and a super ending with a playful twist.
