Reporter Mia Hope needs help...and boy, is that an understatement. She is about to break a big story concerning the biggest crooked casino in the state. Not only do they run crooked tables, but they enlist men with large debts to bind and gag unsuspecting women and bring them to private "parties". That way, the gamblers pay off their debts and the casino can offer more sinister entertainment. Mia knows the story could be dangerous, and she asks her friend to bind her so she can practice escaping in case things go badly when she confronts the casino owners.
