Everyone needs a little exercise now and then, and Ziva Fey is definitely going to get in some cardio, along with a little bit of yoga and stretching! Of course, I've put my special spin on her exercise regime. She's been stripped to her panties, her mouth crammed full of a giant white ball gag, and her hands cuffed behind her to a pole. To add the final touch, I slide the table a little further out of her reach and leave her to finish her "exercise" routine!
