Overweight, pompous Colonel Kensington is having trouble with his maid. He lives in the past and makes her dress as a Victorian maid would. Only a big fat wage packet induces Lucy the maid to allow him to treat her as his worthy old grand-father would have done. One day, the Colonel is due at the palace to collect his gong, but the maid has forgotten to collect his penguin outfit.
