Trying, disastrously, to help a patient, two nurses fall foul of the austere Dr Doogood. They plead not to be dismissed, and it is only after a very unusual proposition that they save their jobs but not their bottoms. They go off to borrow Matron's straps which they hope will save their jobs. After a sound strapping for both girls, they think their torment is over. But to their horror, Dr Doogood then produces a cane, with which he then proceeds to savage their bottoms.
